woke up with a slightly scratchy throat yesterday, which progressed to nasal congestion this morning...
so that, plus the fact that it was hovering around 2 degrees at lunchtime, made me decide not to run...missing one session won't kill me!
even now it hasn't quite reached 5 degrees!
Edit: did however go for a walk after work with Jodie & Hux, each rugged up except the boy, with headlamps for the humans and a flashing little light for the boy...took about 70mins and covered just over 5ks according to Jodie's Garmin...
