matched my time from March which is my second fastest over this course...was actually quite a warm workout...legs felt really heavy so good to fight through it...
second test of my Brooks Adrenaline ASRs...definitely felt i had a better grip...
once again the run back down was spent chatting with FlashDuck then i headed back through the ANU to work...

GC update:
Anthony Scott (aka Scotty) is also doing the HM and will now be sharing my room (he couldn't get anywhere relatively cheap to stay so i offered to switch my room from a double to a twin) - works out well as he will be up there well before me and will be able to pick up my race kit on Saturday rather than me having to get up a little earlier on Sunday to get it...

Sorry I missed the Run Up, but ran at Lake Tuggeranong, a small turn out though.
Rad had a good run, but finished too early and missed out on the Voucher.
