The schedule for this week:
Monday - rest
Tuesday - Black Mountain Run Up
Wednesday - easy 50mins
Thursday - 6x500
Friday - Customs
Saturday - easy 40mins + golf
Sunday - easy 120mins
i see in at least two other blogs by fellow CRs that my goal for the Canberra Half was "soft"...i guess i would have to agree however i am still trying to get an idea of what i am capable of as it's only been a year since i started concentrating on running rather than simply training for another sport...i'm quite happy to be setting achievable goals rather than risk potential injury trying to reach unrealistic times...
anyway aiming for sub 45:00 for the Terry Fox & sub 1:45 for the Gold Coast...
