continued my goal of trying to reduce the number of 6:00+ ks...3 again this week and hard work as the hills seemed tougher this week...
barely 30mins to have a shower and leave for umpiring...match over by 4:30pm...Tuggernong's innings only lasted a couple of more overs to finish at 337 then Eastlake were eventually all out for 173...and thyat ends my season...
today's is the start of week 8 (of 14) for the Canberra Half on Sunday 14 May...

* this was originally meant to be a 10k time trial however the Marathon Eve 10k is on the Saturday of Week 10 & i'm volunteering at the Marathon on the Sunday so i shuffled sessions around!
