Saturday
again did my scheduled long run ("easy 90mins") before heading out to umpire...

had an early finish in the cricket (3:15pm) and had lined up a calf massage with mum...got a tight spot in the belly of my left calf so will need to monitor that...
Sunday
drove up with mum & dad for the last cricket match of the season...such bliss to have cruise control...we lost again but had a much better second half of the season...home just after 11pm to watch the second half of the ODI between Australia & South Africa...
and so to this week, today is the start of week 6 (of 14) for the Canberra Half on Sunday 14 May...
This week's schedule:
Monday - rest (!)
Tuesday - "speed": 15x30sec on/off @ 80% with JR
Wednesday - easy 60min + orienteering
Thursday - intervals: 2x2k, 1x1k/90secs SR
Friday - Customs
Saturday - easy 40mins + umpiring (?)
Sunday - easy 90mins + umpiring (?)
