spent Friday morning finishing de-cluttering my room before heading off to Customs...
another hot run (temp was NOT speed-wise!)...
the stats:
start time: 12:28pm
total distance: 5.07k
total time: 23:27
avg pace: 4:37
total calories: 420
avg HR: 166
FlashDuck went early to hold the clock...Adrienne started 1:15 in front of me and Aki was meant to start 0:30 in front but only started 0:15 in front thanks to Demetrios...nearly caught Aki at the end and thankfully we all finished ahead of Demetrios (i think he finally got hammered by the handicapper and rightly so)...jodie had a tough time but fought through with 30:54 despite stopping to walk twice...
then it was back home to finish up stuff (the cleaners arrived 2hrs late) & we then two lots of early potential buyers came through (while the cleaner was still there)...both made offers but we elected to continue with the exhibition which was already advertised for the weekend with people to fill in "Best & Final Offers" by Monday lunchtime...mind you we agonised over one offer with our agent for an hour or so before electing to go with the "Best & Final" setup...
we then went and had a look at the new place - my first look with my parents while it was suze's and jodie's second look...then out to dinner at The Waterfront...
this morning i was up early to go for my scheduled "easy 50mins"...
the stats:
start temp/humidity: 18.2/75%
start time: 7:19am
total distance: 8.62k
total time: 50:00
avg pace: 5:48
total calories: 814
avg HR: 38
fnish temp/humidity: 21.4/64%
a struggle to get going early but i did about the same as last week..
the carpets were steam cleaned while i was out so they were a bit damp...a lady from work came and picked up the weights bench i had sold to her during the week (managed to sell her the weights as well) then i had to head off for umpiring...
today was my 3rd first grade match (a 2-dayer), this time between ANU & Queanbeyan at ANU North...a one-sided affair but not without controversy...so it was a long hot day in the middle...
after the match, i found out that 25 lots of people had come to look at the house in the hour it was open with 20 taking the paperwork for the "Best & Final Offer"...all good news...apparently they were all waiting to go in when jodie & suze were leaving with Hux...
and for those that are interested, the new-look Australian women's cricket team are playing a one-off test in Adelaide, starting today, against India and they are 8/230 at stumps so i think it will be an interesting match...

AR you continue to amaze me. Do you ever sleep?
Hope all goes well with the house :)
A hot tip: Demetrios will win the 'most improved' CCC award this year.
I think 'tough sessions' are often the good sessions. 1k intervals seem to be never easy. You can always make the 400s tough by reducing the recovery time.
is cirque said do you ever sleep?
your a busy lady but i guess that means you get things done?
