we stayed at Croppers Cabins - no TVs, intermittent mobile coverage...pretty basic but did the trick...here's some history on the cabins...the road in is very rough...lucky Tammie has a 4WD...
Saturday...Tammie drove me to Huskisson so I could do parkrun...Gary B was there and so was Heather P as this is her home run...

the course was a bit more undulating than I expected....pretty though with a mix of grass, path, road and sand...
back to the cabins to change and have breakfast then in the afternoon we spent 3.5 hrs on St George's Basin after launching from Sanctuary Point...
picked up Thai for dinner after dropping the boat off with one of Tammie's friends (Helen) in St George's Basin and doing some grocery shopping...
Sunday we spent nearly 5.5hrs on the water including going down river to get a different perspective of our accommodation...
thankfully we can leave the boat with Helen and not have to drive it backwards and forwards to Canberra...
today we had brunch at Huskisson before heading back to Helen's to rinse the boat and get the saltwater out the motor...we also got a tour of her lovely house (it's on a massive block)...
we left there about 1:50pm and arrived back at Melba at 4:30pm to drop Jodie & Lisa off...
it was a good weekend!
