I've got some additional exercises to do and he also taped my foot take some of the load off...I can leave the tape on for the next three days so I'm planning to play cricket (carefully!)...
I can ease back into flat running over the next couple of weeks and will probably see him again in 3 weeks given I'm away for the next 2...
the 'canes kept their 2018 winning streak alive although the match was marred by the controversial dismissal of Alex Ross who was given out obstructing the field...I doubt it would have been an issue if (a) the ball hadn't hit the stumps as they wouldn't have appealed for the run out and then seen the replay or (b) if he had run a straight line instead off deviating from off the pitch towards the stumps...
had a Pokemon Go-free* dog walk this morning then rode to work...

*I have an issue with my phone as I dropped it last night and it landed squarely on its face (it's in a case)...the screen didn't break but something disconnected inside as the screen is now black with white lines!...it still works but I have no way of accessing anything other than via headphones...I called into the Apple shop this morning and will be going back at 12pm to see a technician (they didn't seem surprised at the screen!)
