Halfway...

Friday

Gym - Day 1 (chest/shoulders/triceps)...changes:

  • ezybar tricep - increased weight to 15kg on the bar (1x5,1x4,1x2)
  • tricep extension - only managed 7 on 2nd set, a product of the above increase I think

Saturday

didn't go for a run in the morning but played golf...nothing outstanding about the round!

Sunday

played Tuggeranong @ Greenway...4th v 5th...unfortunately they played well while we were below our best...lost 1.0-6 to 5.3-33, switching places on the ladder...

that's the halfway mark in the season..we've played 8 matches for 5 wins and 3 losses...

Monday

didn't go to gym after suffering from a heavy knock on Sunday...

footy training was surprisingly well attended...it was meant to be a light session but of course it wasn't...good session...

Today

an easy run at lunch...added in what "hilly" bits I could...

had an assessment at the gym tonight, halfway through my latest program...all is good...
