Day 2 of the program...was meant to be a freelance session but I wanted to do the standard program...
changes:
- reverse dumbbell flys were done on an incline bench
- leg press upped 10kgs to 170kgs
- barbell biceps curls upped by 2.5kgs (so not curling with just the bar anymore)
today is my dad's 77th birthday and we are going out to Wild Porcini to celebrate!
