another tough session in the gym...finally got 2x8 for the barbell bench press after struggling with the second set in recent weeks...
spent the rest of the day until mid-afternoon caching along Uriarra Rd...
made brownies and slice, with the slice to be topped on Saturday...
Saturday
golf - monthly medal...92 off the stick, nett 78 (5 over my handicap), just missed out on a ball...
softball - team won the B grade GF 7-0 over Sutherland...they never clicked and we were on top right from the start...easiest way for me to win a GF as I was a bench warmer!
club softball presentation that night at one of the player's house in Higgins...good night!

too slack to do a run so did housework until it was time to leave for the next round of pennant golf, this time at Yowani against Murrumbidgee...
finally I won a match (playing at #5), 5/3...however the team went down 3/2...an unexpected loss...
Monday
cycle/gym day...
only another week until I renew my membership and get a new program...still hard work...
footy training after work...an exceptional turn out with about 22 players there...unfortunately the lights went out at about 7:15pm (we train until 8pm) just as we were doing some team structure drills and getting into it...

an easy run at lunch...decided to do 60mins instead of 50...was pretty warm out there...
