it was a hillyish run but the conditions weren't too bad...
the rest of the day was spent at Sea World...no rides but we did all the shows...we had 3 kids with us - a 9yr old and 2 7yr olds...
legs were a bit tired (and my left ankle a bit sore) but they've pulled up ok today which is just as well as we are off to Wet 'n' Wild!!
Bron, check your rate calculations ? Something amiss in one of the figures. Otherwise, good going in the training for the marathon.

ReplyDeletethanks Steve, I forgot to edit the pace after cutting & pasting...the errant 5:23 was way faster than I'm planning for the marathon!!
ReplyDeleteWouldn't a nice 5' 23" marathon pace be nice. Keep working on it.
ReplyDeleteGeoff's missing you Monday nights. He's resorting to pencil and paper!
ReplyDeleteGood long run by the way.
Agree, and agree. Spelling is getting tricky with 3 surnames at least being difficult to spell and impossible to pronounce. A/R might do the intros next time!
