Monday
was Wet 'n' Wild day, 4 adults & 4 kids (9, 2 x 7 & 2)...the day was overcast and rainy...we got a few rides in before an electrical storm meant the rides had to be closed for an hour or so until it passed...we got back in but by then it was a bit cold for some of us so we headed home...
we did manage to pick up a couple of caches on the way home and found a pathtag some of my friends had put in one a fortnight or so ago...
played Yahtzee - the version we played had us playing six games at once! much fun was had...I'll have to study strategy to improve on my last place performance...
Tuesday
went for a run in the morning, started off in light drizzle but it wasn't long before it poured! I reckon I carried an extra 5kg in waterlogging!...at one point a truck roared past soaking me with water from the waist down...but I was already soaked!

heavy legs took a while to feel comfortable so I decided to go for 60mins instead of 50mins...hopefully they'll feel a bit better for Saturday's HM...
looking forward to spending the rest of the day watching/playing cricket, having a BBQ and generally enjoying Australia Day!
