managed to fit in the planned long run as well as accompany Jodie on her longest run yet (90mins/13.12k @ 6:52 pace on an undulating course)...a much better run for her this week - she powered up the hills and enjoyed doing some off-road running...I also think the bike ride aids my recovery...

more importantly this was the first run for my NEW Garmin - the Forerunner 310XT...I don't have to wear a wristband underneath it and the new HR strap is super comfortable...
I still have a few things to figure out - for example, today's run was recorded as skiing and I wasn't getting 1k splits like usual!
I wonder if anyone wants to buy a second-hand 305??!
yesterday I was runner for the mighty Jets as they played Riverina in Wagga at 10am - the weather was great, the score not so (0-70)...
