Do Not Run

the day after a hard hill session! That's what I was thinking on my "run" today...my legs were protesting even when Ken wolf whistled at me (he was stretching with Katie & Amanda near CSIRO)...you'd think i would have figured that one out by now!

I did an hour of stretching and exercising today but I DID NOT RUN. And I only probably ran about twelve of those hills, only two of them "fast".
BBQ Stakes tomorrow. 25k race Saturday.
