Wet it was...

the APS Golf Day (or should I say afternoon) was fun...I had a typically up & down round...it poured for the last 5 holes (18-4, we started on the 5th) but I still managed to play some decent golf even though the grips were slippery as...

as I headed to the car I decided that I wasn't going to go to Track so I'm very pleased that it was cancelled...hopefully I'll be able to do the 10000m in December - the date it has been transferred to is the final day of the CA Cup...

ended up accompanying Jodie to Manuka to hear two presentations (7:30-9:30pm) - one by Dene Hills (former Tasmanian opening bat & now coach at the Centre of Excellence in Brisbane) and Terry Jenner (coach of Shane Warne & the batsman hit in the head by a John Snow bouncer in the early 70s which, after some crowd disturbance, lead to Ray Illingworth leading the England team from the field)...Dene was a bit dry but only by comparison as Terry is a great speaker...

will be running Customs today regardless of the weather...

tonight we got out to celebrate Jodie's birthday - we are trying Sabayon in Civic...

That would be "crowd booing" or something? I saw John Snow at the MCG a loooong time ago.
