Sunday saw us defeated by 63 runs...won the toss and put them in but despite a tight start the managed to make 8/211...we had early trouble with 4 of the top 5 all out in single figures...finished with 6/148...
drove home through some pretty heavy rain...there'd obviously been some hail dumped between Goulburn and Collector...there was also several areas where water covered the road to a reasonable level...
this morning saw me back in the gym with the Meteors...another circuit consisting of the following:
- bike 5min (20sec on / 10sec off)
- squats 3 x 10
- oval running (1/4 lap sprint + 1/4 lap recovery) x 3
- tucks jumps on mini tramp (30sec on / 30sec off)
- abs 2 x 10 each of (swiss ball decline push ups / reverse crunches / oblique crunch with med. ball / jacknife crunch on swiss ball)

I don't know how you do it...my head would be spinning if i had to do all that!
I must be getting older!!
But none the less your obviously keeping fit so well done.
