the last gym session for the Meteors was once again focused on boxing...there were some push ups, sit ups, squats and squat jumps as well but mostly boxing...
9 attendees so I got to work with the trainer which is a good thing...
not going to run at lunch time - saving myself for tomorrow night's 10000m...plus I'm still suffering DOMS (gotta give up 'keeping!) & this morning's session was also pretty intense...
training at Manuka after work - there's a sponsors function attached as well...

It could be a record for a 10k run in hail after a boxing session. I'll be there lap scoring with all my wet weather gear on.
I'll get speedygeoff to give you a chocolate frog if your second-last km is not the slowest!
