another hard one from the TaskMaster...
warm up: 2 x 50m freestyle + 2 x 50m freestyle (alternating between normal kick & fast kick every 10 strokes) + 2 x 50m freestyle "3,5,7" (meaning a breath every 3 then 5 then 7 strokes but mine was more like 3,5...I only got 7 strokes in once or twice!)
DWR = 40mins
cool down (10mins): 2 x 50m pull buoy, 2 x 50m pull buoy with paddles, 2 x 50m pull buoy
phew!
next session: Wednesday

A breath every 7 strokes sounds like too much hard work. Then again oxygen deprivation training will come in handy for Heartbreak Hill during C2S.
