Water, water, everywhere...

dipped out on riding to work again due to the weather which was just as well because I got to speak to Jodie who rang from Canada!

did have another good deep water running/swimming session though...

started with 2 x 100m freestyle (which I managed this week!) + 2 x 50m kick (hard, gave my hip flexors a good working over)...deep water running x 40min...finished with 2 x 50m with paddles & pull buoy...

next session: Monday

saw "Georgia Rule" with Suze, mum & dad...quite enjoyed it...

I'm hoping it's not raining tomorrow as I really want to play golf...also have my "outdoor" running session planned for Sunday...
