Demetrios started IN FRONT of me off 13:45...what's with that?? (although i notice he ran 26:35 last week after posting times in the 21:XX range in the pointscore, perhaps after an easier handicap for the next pointscore series??!)...nearly caught him but he accelerated away...held off speedygeoff at the end (i heard him coming so put my foot down!)...FlashDuck had a tough time of it but made it through (time unknown)...
Peter the PRB was a surprise visitor holding the watch...good to see him out and about after his (first) operation for cancer of the bladder...

one very easy run to go, a game of golf then i'm on the plane at 5pm tomorrow to the GC...i'm really looking forward to it, especially the chance to meet a whole bunch of fellow CRs...

now if only that dog hadn't held me up for 5 seconds in the first km .... that's twice in a row allrounder has been speedier than I.
